The peak, the base of the top and the Butt, as applied loads vary, have independent progressions resulting in competing forces acting on the whole axis, have values that do not come from those combined by action and reaction.

As each blank is unique, each rod is mount with the use of a goniometer to place each guide/roller at the same angle, that is why each rod is unique and no one will have the same placements of roller or guide !!!

The peak of the blank gives in during the initial escape and at the same time the central part of the top keeps the wire in tension and a constant reactive behavior in the lateral tractions and in the sudden changes in the angles of direction.

As the applied loads change, from zero to the maximum limit of the brake, the three sections interact with each other they draw flex curves almost to define a mathematical relationship between them and distinguish the rod with the following peculiarities: the peak maintains contact with the fish, the central section recovers and the base, very fast, gives a decisive and fast boost.
