The Jigging 10×10 Max Power PE X9 is an innovative and extremely well-designed braid, demonstrating the extent of Varivas’ know-how. Created with the aim of confronting the most difficult Jigging conditions, this braid has an ultra-fast descent, exceptional resistance and longevity.
It has an X9 structure, composed of an 8-strand MAX-PE Varivas braid at the center of which a high-density polyethylene core has been placed. This technology increases the resistance of the line and its longevity immeasurably.
The adoption of a vertical braiding method practically allows the wire to descend in a straight line. By significantly reducing the possibility of the line twisting and creating slack, the descent speed is greatly increased, as is the sensitivity. This results in more direct contact with the jig and therefore more responsive hooks, especially since this braid has an ultra-low elasticity rate of around 3%.
The new SP-T II coating from Varivas considerably improves water repellency compared to the classic SP-T coatings of the brand's other products.
