To create this new serie of stand up rod AB1, unidirectionnal carbon fibers pre-impregneted with differents modulus has been used, and placed with different angles to get the maximum resistance and with the best manufacturing. This has been possible with a big research and devellopment to create and compare the blanks manufactured and check if this new process match the specifications requested ! Final production has been launched with 8 unidirectionnals carbon fiber layers. this can be realized only with a specialized craftmanship
