Outriggers Lee's consist of an articulated foot that attaches to the boat or on the tower and fishing pole which may have 1, 2 or 3 spreaders (spreader that provide rigidity to the whole). The Shout Ringed Kudako is designed as a tail hook for poppers and stickbaits.
