The tornado pencil is an artisanal Japanese-made plug with a balsa base covered with a thick layer of resin. Aerodynamic shape and perfect balance for excellent casting performance. It has a full through stainless steel frame which, linked to the resin, makes it an almost indestructible lure. This type of lure accepts many animations, fast, slides and "walking the dog" and is very effective on tuna fishing.
