It is model for anglers who need to “high-stick the rod” to load the blank or utilize the “straight pumping” fight style. The power of the rod is similar to the BT76 and BT73 but the breaking point is much greater compared to these two. With the shorter designed blank, the bending point is set closer to the body, drastically reducing the load and stress on the angler. It also has enough length and leverage to go around the bow or other obstacles on the boat for a smoother fight.
